Draftsman / assistant interior designer

Responsibilities:

• Technical drafting: Translate conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations and sections, handle full set drawings.
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure the design vision is clearly communicated and implemented correctly on-site.
• Ensure all plans are detailed and accurate, including measurements, materials, and construction specifications, to serve as a blueprint for the construction team.
• Create 3D models of furniture, fixtures, and the overall space to provide a clear visualization of the design.
• Prepare presentation mood board, material sourcing, etc.
• Hand drawn skill is a plus.

Key skills and qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, D5 rendering, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office.
• Ability to understand and interpret design concepts.
• Knowledge of construction and building materials is helpful.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with design and construction teams.
• Hand draw sketch.

Degree / Diploma in Interior design or related disciplines

• Solid experience in Residential Interior Design

• 2 years or above experience in Interior Design, more experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer
