AI Solutions Developer

### Core Responsibilities

1. End-to-End AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI tools/systems for internal process optimization and client-facing products.

2. LLM Customization & Application: Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and build industry solutions using RAG, LangChain, and related frameworks.

3. System Intelligence Enhancement: Integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows (e.g., CRM, customer service platforms) to automate tasks and boost efficiency.

4. Technical Integration: Connect third-party APIs (data services, image generation, etc.) to extend tool functionality.

5. Productization: Collaborate with business teams to transform concepts into deployable AI features for internal tools and external services.

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin/English proficiency preferred

- Proven experience in AI development and deployment (models/tools/system integration)

#### Technical Competencies

- Proficiency in AI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers/PyTorch/TensorFlow preferred)

- Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph/RAG architectures a plus

- Skills in LLM fine-tuning, AI Agent design, and third-party API integration
