Product Manager (FinTech)

【Responsibilities】

1. Design and manage the system for the agency/institutional business.
2. Coordinate with R&D and QA teams to drive product development, monitor progress, and ensure project quality.
3. Continuously design and optimize backend product features based on specific operational strategies; participate in the overall functional and workflow design and optimization of the product.
4. Conduct market research on competitor products and perform analysis.

【Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degree or above; preference for majors in Computer Science or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Internet Product Manager.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, adept at exploring customer needs, meticulous and rigorous work attitude, commercially savvy.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills; strong learning ability.
4. Experience in trading (e.g., stocks, forex, digital currencies); experience in backend system development. Proficiency in English for workplace communication. Overseas work or study experience is preferred.
