Store Supervisor / Sales Manager

What you’ll be doing?

• Act as a brand ambassador of Dolce & Gabbana
• Achieve sales goals, enhance and develop business opportunities
• Manage the store team and store operations, contribute to store atmosphere
• Coach the sales team in order to deliver high quality of customer service and shopping environment
• Contribute to the development of the store action plan and lead its implementation

• Analyse key sale data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth

  
  

Who are we looking for?

• +6 years relevant working experience in retail industry with managerial role experience
• Passionate in luxury fashion and customer service-oriented
• Interpersonal skill, dependability, flexibility, multi-tasking are needed
• Excellent communication skills, good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Team player
