Project Executive (China Team)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work closely with vendors / internal teams to plan, develop, execute and implement digital marketing campaign projects for clients in Hong Kong and China.
• Study and document client’s requirements and provide suggestions / solutions based on client’s inquiries.
• Communicate and solve problem during project period with clients.
• Contact international media editors and social media influencers for collaboration cross-overs.
• Write up reports for clients about monthly updates, campaign effectiveness, marketing outcomes, data insights, competitor analysis, etc.

What You Need for this Position:

• Degree or above in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Communications, Information system, E-commerce, project management or related discipline.
• Fluent in written Chinese and English and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must.
• Mature, attention to details and ability to work under tight timeline and multi-task independently.
• Proficiency in MS office application.
