Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in network solutions, including SD-WAN and IEPL, MPLS, VPN, to drive project outcomes.
• Promote products to external parties, enhancing brand visibility and market presence.
• Conduct thorough analyses of customers requirements, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for network solutions.
• Deliver presentations to partners and customers, articulating product features and benefits.
• Work closely with sales team to deliver effective pre-sales support.
• Troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues for global carriers customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years in Telecommunication industry with product solutions experiences;
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, and SASE and internet access products, including IEPL, MPLS, VPN;
• Experience in providing services to global carrier customers;
• Strong documentation, communication and analytical skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Product Manager.
