Requirements:

Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction or equivalent
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
-
Experience in estimations / QS in building projects is an advantage
Responsibilities:
-
Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, tendering, and procurement

Track costs and maintain relevant reports
-
Study tender documents and prepare checklists and submission documents
-
Handle quantities tasks for Bill of Quantities (BQ) and Schedule of Rates preparation
