About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and is eager to grow within the world of multi-brand development. You will play a key part in executing visual merchandising strategies, driving product sell-through with creative displays, and managing overall store image. The position requires strong organizational skills, a growth-driven mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting fashion storytelling with business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Visual Merchandising Strategy


Develop and execute visual go-to-market plans for new and seasonal collections across multiple product lines for both physical stores and digital platforms.


Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all visual timelines, messaging, and aesthetics are aligned with brand objectives.


Monitor market insights, competitor activities, and fashion trends to inform product positioning and visual narratives.

2. Creative Marketing Activation


Plan and execute innovative visual merchandising initiatives to increase product sell-through rates and enhance customer engagement.


Support both online (e.g., e-commerce visuals) and offline (e.g., festive displays, pop-up activations) marketing campaigns.


Collaborate closely with design and e-commerce teams to optimize visual performance and storytelling through data-driven insights.

3. Store Image & Merchandising Management (Core Focus)


Lead end-to-end in-store visual merchandising, from planning to execution—including window displays, floor planning, mannequin styling, and product presentation.


Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with store teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards.


Manage visual props, materials, and brand communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.

4. Social Media & Content Collaboration


Collaborate with the marketing team to provide high-quality visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.) that aligns with the brand identity.


Support social media growth strategies by creating innovative in-store display opportunities to increase engagement and followers.


Work with the creative team to ensure all visuals and copy reflect the brand's tone and seasonal direction.

5. Departmental Operations & Collaboration


Manage daily visual merchandising tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., prop suppliers, graphic designers).


Track project deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality execution.


Contribute to the continuous improvement of visual merchandising workflows and creative efficiency.

6. Graphic Design & Visual Execution

Produce high-quality designs for digital (social, web, email) and print (packaging, ads, POS materials).

Maintain brand consistency across all channels, updating style guides and asset libraries.


Requirements


Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Visual Communication, Fashion Design, or a related field.


2–3 years of relevant visual merchandising experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.


Proven experience in store merchandising, window display design, and visual storytelling.


Strong understanding of fashion trends, visual narrative, and brand positioning.


Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Passion for growth marketing and data-driven performance improvement.


Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
