Regional Manager / Senior Property Manager

About the role

New Gem Property Management & Agency Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Manager / Senior Property Manager to join our team in Kowloon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant management
• Prepare regular reports and financial statements for clients
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Mentor and lead a team of property management professionals
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in Property Mangement or other related disciplines
• Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential property management, preferably 8 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of the local property market, including trends, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technology
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
