Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial and administrative support for both Hong Kong and overseas companies sectors;

Assist in managing business matters such as travel and accommodation arrangement for overseas company personnel coming to Hong Kong;
-
Coordinate with external suppliers to handle tax and audit related matters;
-
Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor in Business Administration and Management or equivalent;
-
Minimum 5 years of secretarial and administrative working experience;
-
Holder of professional secretarial qualification will be an advantage;
-
Proficient in PC applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and Chinese word processing) ;
-
Good command of English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in both written and verbal;
-
Excellent organization skills to coordinate among internal and external parties;
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
