System Analyst / Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective information systems.

• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems, resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Document system processes, specifications, and user manuals for reference.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or enhancements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure systems remain competitive and effective.

• Assist in training staff on new systems and processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as a System Analyst, Analyst Programmer or similar role.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or SQL.

• Database Management: Experience with database systems like MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.

• Cloud Services: Familiarity with tools such as AWS, AliCloud, GCIS.

• Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

• Networking: Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

• Operating Systems: Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
