Let’s Work Together

• Manage stores to identify key issues and opportunities for revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance through on-going analysis in sales trend, traffic, transaction value and customer base, to identify ways to improve bottom line
• Regular store visits to ensure that retail excellence is maintained and share best practices amongst all retail locations
• Review store operation performance so as to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Work with VM team to ensure excellence presentation in window display
• Work with marketing team to ensure that planned promotion and marketing activities are well-delivered
• Monitor and reinforce the service standards at all times
• Identify staff development needs and to develop staff training plans and schedule

We Are Looking For

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of sales and operations experience in retail industry
• Knowledge/experience in POS platforms (SIS system)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
• Able to work on some Saturdays/Sundays
• Candidate with more relevant experience may be considered as supervisor
