Senior Manager, Asset Management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of assets (both HK and PRC) and maximize operational and financial performance
• Oversee and manage the performance of the assets portfolio, including asset enhancement strategies, operation efficiency, CAPEX management, revaluation, financial modeling (NPV, IRR, DCF) and project acquisition
• Assist in Asset Plan formulation including preparing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
• Implementation of business objectives including leasing strategies, asset management and ESG initiatives
• Periodic assessment of the performance and competitive position of the properties.
• Coordinate with property management and project teams to achieve KPI
• Perform market analysis and research on latest market trends and intelligence
• Prepare reports and presentation materials to Management
• Maintain good relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate / Business Administration / Property Management / Surveying or related disciplines
• Around 6 years’ relevant experience, package will be commensurate with experience
• Familiarity with the logistics property market is a plus
• With RICS is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mind and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
