Job Description/Role: Senior Key Account Executive

We are seeking a passionate Senior Key Account Executive eager to grow in the cosmetics manufacturing industry. This role will be highly demanding as we are dealing with the most prominent foreign beauty brands and will require the role to follow up closely with the client's requests and factory coordination. This role will be reporting directly to our Key Account Manager.

 Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Clients' briefs/requests and factories for project-related activities such as product development and critical path management
• Issue seal form, Proforma Invoice, SOM, and Purchase Order to Key Account Manager for approval
• Monitor order shipment, and production status, coordinate with shipping on vessel date with PMC, and Purchase
• QC inspection booking and managing test reports ready on time
• Coordinate with the Sampling team and Product Development team on customer sample order request

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least four years of FMCG-related trading and distribution experience with a strong manufacturing background
• Passionate about beauty products within the US and European market
• Good understanding and knowledge experience on export business
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and independent
• Self-sufficient learning and growth mind driven
• Willing to Travel to China with clients
