Senior Human Resources Officer

• Generalist HR background required
• Excellent exposure in full scope HR functions
• Italian fashion retailing, a dynamic team culture

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full scope of HR services of a market under the coaching of the Superior, from recruitment, payroll, manpower planning to employee relations topics
• Liaise with the market in-charge on daily basis on HR matters
• Responsible for the recruitment of the assigned positions at both office and frontline
• Responsible for the onboarding processes of the selected candidate for a total employee experience
• Assist in formulate and update HR policies and procedures
• Partner with different parties to coordinate for HR activities, employee relations programs, events and campaigns
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 4 years or above of working experience in HR field, experience in retail industry is a plus
• Positive, proactive, collaborative with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment, detail-oriented, with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience could be considered as Human Resources Officer
