This position aims to

This position aims to provide support for the Account payable trust account team

What you’ll do

• Review vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, proper coding and adherence to company policies
• Arrange time schedule to process payment to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
• Maintain up-to-date vendor record
• Assist Supervisor for month end closing

Key qualifications

• Associate Degree/ Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably gained in property management sector

• Customer focused mindset with strong financial acumen
• Results driven with a great sense of accountability
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with all levels both internally and externally
• Independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
