職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Process various sales orders (online orders, consignment orders) by performing accurate data entry, scheduling and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports by tracking, consolidating and summarizing sales databases information
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure customers' requests are fulfilled
  • Provide training to staff in Guangzhou
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with 2~3 years' experience in customer service role
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel including VBA & Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to work overtime when required
  • Immediate availability is preferred
