Sales Support Officer (IoT + OEM)

About the role

Herald Datanetics Limited is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our overseas corporate customers and driving forward our continual success in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) technology.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality customer service and support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform other departments
• Collaborating with other departments for order processing and handling customers' inquiries
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and product specifications
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree of equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technology or engineering-related field
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Technical knowledge and understanding of IoT systems and components would be advantages
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitasks, work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines and under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Support Assistant
