Sales Support Coordinator

MediBox Hong Kong Ltd is recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator, Located in Hung Hom, Hong Kong. The incumbent will work in our sales team serving the customer in medical field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and coordinate supports to our sales team.
  • Sales order handling.
  • Provide excellent customer services to customers.
  • Support sales team on daily sales activities.
  • Provide support to the team on sales operation and marketing functions.
  • Prepare regular report.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required.


 Requirement:

  • A recognized Higher Diploma in in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Fresh Graduate is also welcome.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Good MS Office Application skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and drive results in fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently, proactively, Self-motivated, well organized, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Good Team Player

Remuneration:

  • 5-days work a week
  • Bank Holidays
