Job Requirements
- Certificate graduate or above
- 2-3 years order processing experience with customers and vendors
- Previous experience in preparing sales and delivery documents
- Background from trading business would be a great advantage
- Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Chinese WP
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales operation support and prepare sales documents
- Coordinate with internal parties and customers on sales order processing
- Maintain the order schedules and update the price information in SAP
- Assist in tracking the order status with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
