Job Requirements

  • Certificate graduate or above
  • 2-3 years order processing experience with customers and vendors
  • Previous experience in preparing sales and delivery documents
  • Background from trading business would be a great advantage
  • Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Chinese WP
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide sales operation support and prepare sales documents
  • Coordinate with internal parties and customers on sales order processing
  • Maintain the order schedules and update the price information in SAP
  • Assist in tracking the order status with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
