You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for sales administration duties including team support and materials handling and distributions
- Coordinate training for clients on service, e.g. provide phone & on-site training
- Verify service orders/contract signed by the client to ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with sales team and clients to collect and verify corporate documents of clients
- Handle customer services from merchants via phone call or email
- Identify and solicit competitive dining offers provided by clients
- Handle client's inquiries by phone or email
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
You should possess:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines , experience in operation / customer service experience will be an advantage
- A good team player with good communication skill
- Detail-minded, Well-organized and high level of accuracy
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel & Word
- Immediately available preferred
