Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in trading company
  • Previous experience in sales operation support and orders follow up
  • Well-organized, cheerful, flexible with good communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
  • Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily communications with customers, vendors and internal parties
  • Prepare sales related documents including PO, invoice and delivery documents
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and update the order information in SAP system
  • Provide support to the team on sales operation and ad hoc duties as assigned
