Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in trading company
- Previous experience in sales operation support and orders follow up
- Well-organized, cheerful, flexible with good communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available is a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily communications with customers, vendors and internal parties
- Prepare sales related documents including PO, invoice and delivery documents
- Coordinate delivery schedules and update the order information in SAP system
- Provide support to the team on sales operation and ad hoc duties as assigned
