Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree holder or above
  • 2 years working experience in sales operation support
  • Experience in trading company would be a great advantage
  • Prior experience in delivery arrangement with vendors and clients
  • Detail-minded, energetic, initiative and sense of responsibilities
  • Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese WP
  • Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle clients’ enquiries regarding the order scheduling and details
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal departments on orders follow up
  • Responsible for preparing quotation, purchase orders and sales invoice
  • Handle delivery coordination and assist in preparing monthly sales reports
