職位描述

Duties

  • Support Sales team in daily sales activities, including data entry, document management, incoming enquiries, closed deals and follow up orders status
  • Post sales follow up, monitor purchase order, logistics and delivery
  • Liaise with customers, vendors or related parties to facilitate smooth sales cycle
  • Identify niche markets and business development opportunities
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business/Engineering/Electronic or similar discipline
  • Experience in Sales/Sales Support/Government procurement perfered
  • Proficient in MS Office and Oracle platform is a plus
  • Proper business communication skills in both English & Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Initiative, self-driven and willing to learn
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
