職位描述

We are looking for a results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic sales and manage key client relationships, with a focus on AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM solutions. This role requires a consultative approach to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure long-term success. Experience in retail, properties, and distribution sectors will be a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client business models and challenges, and propose tailored solutions leveraging AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM offerings.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.

  • Convert qualified opportunities into revenue in line with agreed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely reporting.

  • Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.

  • Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate internal resources for proposal development and submission.

  • Work closely with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

  • ·Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, ERP, and CRM domains.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology or consulting services.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience managing RFPs/RFIs and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales reporting.

 Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with clients in retail, properties, and distribution industries.

  • Familiarity with business processes and operational challenges in these sectors.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and client-centric approach.
