We are looking for a results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic sales and manage key client relationships, with a focus on AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM solutions. This role requires a consultative approach to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure long-term success. Experience in retail, properties, and distribution sectors will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Understand client business models and challenges, and propose tailored solutions leveraging AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM offerings.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.

Convert qualified opportunities into revenue in line with agreed sales targets.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely reporting.

Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.

Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate internal resources for proposal development and submission.

Work closely with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

·Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, ERP, and CRM domains.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology or consulting services.

Strong understanding of AI technologies and Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience managing RFPs/RFIs and working with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales reporting.
