Sales Manager

• Drive Sales Growth
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Willing to travel and work out of the office

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and business plans.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to ensure smooth operations and regularly review performance to make appropriate adjustments.
• Allocate budget resources, formulate policies, coordinate business operations, manage operational costs, and monitor financial activities.
• Lead the Business-to-Business (BTB) team to manage projects and monitor performance to maximize sales and profits.
• Facilitate effective sales strategies and propose incentive schemes to boost sales and staff performance.
• Seek and develop new business opportunities within the School, Corporate, and Attractions sectors.
• Motivate team members and provide proper training to enhance their skills.
• Deliver effective communication and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate Degree/High Diploma or above
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the retail or service industry
• Strong sales experience in IT solutions, particularly in the Shopping Mall, Hotel, or School sectors
• Solid sales and service, people management, and coaching skills
• Positive and approachable attitude
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Willing to travel and work out of the office
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
