Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Your responsibilities will include building the sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and ensuring a strong market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning : Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base.
• Customer Relationships : Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Reporting : Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Market Awareness : Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and stay informed about new products and competition.
• Achieve Growth : Successfully build the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruitment and Coaching : Own recruiting, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor degree Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business administration or a related degree.
  
• Experience : Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Minimum 3 years of experience in Audio Visual / ICT industry
• Continuous Learning : Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Communication Skills : Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Sales Process : Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Business Acumen : Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• People Management : Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
