Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell the company’s healthcare products.

Drive product penetration and sales performance in medical institutions, including private clinics, medical groups, and specialist centers.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with Western medicine practitioners (GPs, specialists) and key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, especially within medical channels.

Plan and execute professional marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), including seminars, webinars, and product detailing.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, regulatory, logistics) to ensure smooth and compliant execution of sales and marketing activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Manage and optimize trade marketing initiatives and point-of-care visibility within medical institutions.

Track sales performance and marketing ROI; prepare regular reports for management review.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in FMCG industry/sales admin is definitely an advantage

Strong numerical sense, good analytical skill, attention to details and multi-tasking

Be outgoing with good communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in spoken & written in English and Chinese
