RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coach a high-performing GT sales team to achieve sales targets

Responsible for developing sales strategies to drive business growth for Hong Kong and Macau markets

Conduct regular business reviews and implement data-driven continuous improvement plans
-
Identify business opportunities to increase distribution penetration and product visibility
-
Build strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers to support business growth
-
Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless progress
REQUIREMENTS
-
Degree holder in business or related disciplines
-
At least 8 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years of team leader experience in General Trade
-
Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and problem-solve
-
A result-oriented mindset with a high level of initiative, independence, and ability to work under pressure
-
Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
