Sales Engineer/Executive - Fire industry

• Achieve sales target and KPIs
• Account development through client engagement activities
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales services in order to exceed customer satisfaction levels
• Manage day-to-day sales operations including but not limited to handling of customer inquiries / tenders, sales documents, point of sales materials delivery, preparing sales contract, managing customers, collecting feedback and updating customer information into company database.
• Liaise and collaborate with other internal partners to achieve company goals
• Participate ad hoc sales activities or sales promotion projects when necessary

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing / Engineering. Fresh graduate will be considered
• Good interpersonal and presentation skill, problem solving skills and able to work on different tasks simultaneously and result-oriented
• Outgoing personality, competitive in nature and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Relevant Academic Discipline would be a benefit

Salary: Negotiable
