Our client, a Japanese trading company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales Coordinator
Job Descriptions:
- Handle order inquiries for weaving threads.
- Prepare purchase orders (P/O) and supply contracts (S/C).
- Arrange deliveries with suppliers and clients.
- Collect documents needed for manufacturing certificates.
- Manage cost claims.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve complaints and issues.
- Report directly to a Japanese supervisor.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of related experience is required.
- Experience in a trading company is preferred.
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Japanese
- Patient, willing to learn, detail-oriented, and good at schedule management.
- Proficient in MS Excel
