ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee all aspects of sales contracts, from preparation and documentation to performance tracking and claims management.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate promotion performance by analyzing sales data and creating detailed reports in Excel.

Sales Operations Support: Facilitate daily sales operations by processing orders, conducting preliminary sales analysis, and preparing customer-facing documents.

Administrative Coordination: Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and logistics for the sales department and company-wide meetings.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the sales team, other internal departments, and external clients to address and resolve inquiries and issues.
REQUIREMENTS

F.5 / DSE or above
-
Experience with customer service
-
Detail-minded, customer oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Immediately available is highly preferred
