職位描述

KLN is an Asia-based, global 3PL with a highly diversified business portfolio and extensive coverage in Asia. We offer a broad range of supply chain solutions from integrated logistics, international freight forwarding (air, ocean, road, rail and multimodal) and e-commerce to industrial project logistics and infrastructure investment.

Responsibilities

  • Order processing, order management and follow up with new and existing customers
  • Process sales orders, replenishment and returns and follow up with logistics team on daily delivery arrangement
  • Handle customer enquiries, maintain good relationship with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as per assigned


Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in sales administration
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manner, well-organized and detail minded
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Immediate available is preferred
