Sales Administrator (Export Department)

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams in achieving or exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Handle and process internal/external customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed up timely and thoroughly
  • Prepare and proceed quotation, sales orders, and related documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments and factories for order processing and shipment arrangements
  • Communicate production updates to Managers and customers on regular basis

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service, Export field is preferrable
  • Well-organized, independent, and self-motivated
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Pleasant, polite with good presentation and communication skills
  • Good Excel skill
