Job Duties

Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, quotation preparation, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth sales operations.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and reports in the system.

Conduct sales data analysis and prepare regular reports (e.g., sales performance, customer trends).
-
Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
-
Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-up.
-
Provide ad-hoc support for sales projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
-
Diploma or above, preferably with Dental Technician background to better understand products and customer needs.

1–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles.

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare and interpret sales reports.
-
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
