Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Handle front desk reception, greets visitors and responds to phone enquiries
- Coordinate daily incoming / outgoing mails and courier arrangement
- Answer and screen incoming calls and taking messages clearly
- Responsible for maintaining safety and security within the organization by managing entry and exits
- Provide general other administrative support as required
Requirements:
- DSE or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
- Written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and proficient Chinese word processing skills
- Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and good team work
- Immediately available highly prefer
