職位描述

Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Handle front desk reception, greets visitors and responds to phone enquiries
  • Coordinate daily incoming / outgoing mails and courier arrangement
  • Answer and screen incoming calls and taking messages clearly
  • Responsible for maintaining safety and security within the organization by managing entry and exits
  • Provide general other administrative support as required


Requirements:

  • DSE Chinese & English 3 or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
  • Written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and proficient Chinese word processing skills
  • Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and good team work
  • Immediately available highly prefer
  • Security Personnel Permit is a Must
