Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's quality management system in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality management practices and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality management system requirements and best practices.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
• Prepare and present reports on quality management system performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related fields (e.g. Quality Management, Food Engineering, Food Science), or above (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in quality management system implementation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, and basic food safety regulations).
• Good understanding of the manufacturing environment and production operation.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills are required.
• Willing to travel as per request
