Duties:
-
Provide administrative and procurement support, including preparing purchase requests, liaising with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring compliance with internal procurement procedures.

Assist the Assistant Manager in project coordination and day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and timely task execution.
-
Support the coordination of events and outreach initiatives for the University, including logistics, vendor liaison, material preparation, and on-site support.

Prepare meeting notes, reports, and documentation, and maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Monitor progress of assigned tasks and projects, providing updates and suggestions for continuous process improvement.
Appointment Criteria:
-
Applicants should have a recognised degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

At least three years’ experience administrative or customer service roles is an advantage.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications.

Immediate availability would be an advantage.
