Project Manager / Operation Manager

Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform the followings:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones and operational targets.

• Implement and enforce ITIL processes and best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and oversight for network and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and operational procedures.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management and/or IT operations management.

• Holder of ITIL certification and a networking certification (e.g., Huawei, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.

• Preferred Professional Qualifications (an advantage if possessed):

  • Project Management Certifications : PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation

  • Information Security Certifications : CISM, CISA

  • Networking Certifications : Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE 7, Palo Alto PCNSE, Huawei Certified Network Associate

  • Cloud Certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS-CCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect

  • Other Technical Certifications : Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), IBM Certified Systems Expert
