PRESALES CONSULTANT/ENGINEER

A Hong Kong based company with subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Macau.

The company specializes in state-of-the-art solutions relating to border security, personal documents and biometric application solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Support the sales team to deliver consulting services, clarify customer needs, and provide technical solutions. Conduct product demos and technical briefings, address customer inquiries, and timely organize and report customer feedback.

2.      Analyze customer needs and collected market data, evaluate scenarios based on analysis results to propose targeted solutions, and draft pre-sales technical proposals.

3.      Support the sales team in tendering and bidding activities, take charge of writing project solutions, and help achieve sales targets.

4.      Handle ad-hoc job tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.    Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science or related field.

2.    1 year of system integration pre-sales experience is preferred, fresh graduates are also considered.

3.    Good Chinese and English writing skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

4.    Good communication & presentation skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
