Part-time General Clerk II (Ref. 2500014U) (Closing date: July 3, 2025)

School of Biomedical Sciences

The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting postgraduate programme-related events, including various seminars, workshops and outreach trips; (b) assisting in admission processes, including promotional activities; (c) handling grade submission, and course-, teacher- and student-related matters; (d) preparing and processing financial and accounting documents, including seeking quotations and purchasing orders; (e) managing the filing system and maintaining proper documentation with hardcopies and softcopies; and
(f) performing any other duties as assigned. He/She is expected to work more than 18 hours per week.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and (iii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skill. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
