Job Duties:

Assist on online stores daily operations, which includes order fulfilment and customer service

Respond to customers’ enquiries and feedbacks in all channels including email, social media platforms and product reviews;

Assist on CRM program formulation;
-
Other ad-hoc tasks related to the e-commerce team.
Requirement:
-
University or diploma students preferably with major in E-commerce, Information Systems, Marketing or related discipline;

Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin);

Passion to help drive sales and conversions by improving the customer journey;

Candidate with website management / customer service experience will be an advantage
-
Able to work 3-4 days per week
