Part Time E-commerce Assistant

Job Duties:

• Assist on online stores daily operations, which includes order fulfilment and customer service

• Respond to customers’ enquiries and feedbacks in all channels including email, social media platforms and product reviews;

• Assist on CRM program formulation;

• Other ad-hoc tasks related to the e-commerce team.

Requirement:

• University or diploma students preferably with major in E-commerce, Information Systems, Marketing or related discipline;

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin);

• Passion to help drive sales and conversions by improving the customer journey;

• Candidate with website management / customer service experience will be an advantage

• Able to work 3-4 days per week
