職位描述

Reporting to the Senior Quality Management Officer, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service support , including handling incoming calls / enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
  • Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to the Technicians
  • Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
  • Working Hours: 2-4 days per week, Flexible

  •        透過電話為客戶提供服務,包括處理查詢及安排緊急維修
  •        跟進客戶之要求及編排維修工作予前線技術員
  •        資料輸入及簡單文書工作
  •        工作時間:每星期 2-4 日,彈性時間

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and basic English. Putonghua is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications software and Chinese Word Processing
  • University students / fresh graduates are welcome
  • Work location is Quarry Bay
  • Immediate available an advantage

  •        良好粵語會話能力

  •        熟悉電腦應用軟件,如MS Office和中文文字處理
  •        工作地點為鰂魚涌
