Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Maintain and update records, databases and documentation.

Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows.

Handle correspondence, scheduling and administrative support.

HR documents preparation.

Other office clerical work.
Requirements:

Diploma or above in any disciplines.

Proven experience in an administrative or operational role will be an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
