Roles & Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary contact point with business partners (i.e. media owners & operators), responsible for handling daily communications using calls, emails and WhatsApp in a professional and prompt manner
· Build and maintain good relationships with business partners in order to maintain sufficient inventory for the company
· Negotiate with business partners on cost and contract renewals
· Coordinate with different counterparts to ensure smooth daily administrative works, including but not limited to issuing daily reports, maintaining accurate & up-to-date inventory records and managing work schedules
· Liaise with finance department and business partners for accounts payable
· Handle administrative duties and independently manage ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
· Degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in operations / administration or media industry operations is highly preferred
· Candidates with good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, good numerical sense, and problem-solving skills would be an advantage
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking ability
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
· Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
· Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred
