Responsibilities:
-Provide help desk support and daily support to Financial B2B clients by different kinds of instant messaging media, email and phone;
-Handle all the on-going maintenance and client operation support activities;
-Perform daily operations and system monitoring;
-Troubleshoot system problems, find out the root causes and ensure remedial and corrective measures are implemented;
-Work closely with developers to coordinate system rollouts and application updates and providing feedback on production system performance, and investigate production problems and identify solutions;
-Managing and resolving outages as efficiently as possible with a demonstrated ability to maintain communications with all stakeholders until resolution;
-Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor.
Qualifications and requirements:
-High Diploma or above; Degree holder in Information Technology or any related disciplines would be an advantage;
-Minimum 1 year’ relevant working experience; Experienced in financial trading industry is an advantage;
-Willing to work on night shift/weekend shift/public holiday shift (provide shift allowance);
-Able to handle multiple concurrent activities;
-Responsible, efficient, independent, proactive with flexible and positive attitude;
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
-Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
