Operation and Development Director (Mainland)

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the Hong Kong headquarters and centers in Mainland China to ensure the Group's direction is successfully delivered.

• Deliver insights on market trends; proactively communicate with internal stakeholders about industry trends and clients’ needs; identify areas for enhancement of the existing platform to best suit clients’ requirements.

• Coach and engage related parties to ensure corporate values and culture are embedded

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in clinical development.

• Experience in clinical operations in Mainland China is a must.

• Familiarity with medical-related policies in Mainland China.

• General knowledge of the Hong Kong medical market.

• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the business landscape.
