職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll, pension contributions, tax reports and related documentation in compliance with the set timelines

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including salaries, deductions, and other payroll-related information

  • Support the HRIS implementation and enhancement

  • Handle audit exercise with internal and external auditors

  • Prepare and consolidate HR-related reports with high quality and efficiency

  • Perform any ad-hoc HR duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably in Human Resources Management, Accounting or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in C&B, payroll processing and HRIS administration

  • Good knowledge in the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and relevant employment-related legislations

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills are highly desirable

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and good organizational skills with effective time management

  • A collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
