職位描述

Overseas all operation functions within the office to ensure a smooth and efficient operation system

  • Oversea and perform operation function of the office includes IT, HR, Administration and Accounts
  • Train, supervise and provide guidance to Administrator to provide all sort of Administration Support to the office
  • Be the first contact for all business enquiries
  • Prepare service proposal and follow through with clients for all queries
  • Work with Director to handle all tender document
  • Keep track of payment / contract status, initiate necessary action to ensure provided service corresponds to agreed contract terms

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Over 8 years working experience with at least 3 years in similar capacity
  • Strong sense on service and co-operation, team player, self-motivated, independent
  • Customer oriented attitude and problem solving mindset
  • Good communication, good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
